Learning from "Kungfu Panda" Movie

Your story may not have such a happy beginning...

But that doesn't make what you are...
It is the rest of the story what you choose to be..
What ultimately matters is what you choose to be...
From the movie Kungfu Panda. A must see movie for those who want inner peace.
There is no secret ingredient for success.
It's simple. Believe in yourself and be sincere and committed.

Human - Desires = God

Attachment is a bond which binds.

Attachment, desire, leads to anger and anger leads to frustration and frustration leads to depression and is the cause for Samsara problem and Punarabi jananam and Punarabi maranam, cycle of births and deaths. It is a continuous process.

To get Freedom from Samsara, one has to start doing Self enquiry and do Self discovery and get Gnanam or Liberation from Samsara problem.

When you get Self knowledge you become Self dependent or independent. You know the Art of living your life alone. This is called Aloneness and a Gnani enjoys this.

Samsara causes you loneliness, since you are attached with binding desires.

There is no special secret for success. It is to believe in yourself and do your Dharma. Dharma can be defined as what it is, without which it is not what it is. The Dharma of Sugar is sweetness, without which the Sugar is not what it is.
Say with conviction Satyam Gnanam Anantham Brahma.
Brahma Satyam Jagat Mithyam.
Jivo Brahmaiva na paraga.
Finally say I am satchitananda and I am Poornaga.
Be blissful.

When students misuse their talents and skills they become weak and go astray. Misuse of Sense

How does this misuse take place?

The eyes are misused by looking at undesirable objects.
The tongue is misused by indulging in evil talks. The ears, the heart and the hands are all used in different ways.

Misuse occurs when a divinely endowed capacity or talent is used for wrongful purposes. It is misdirection of energy.

No one should misuse any of the powers with which he is endowed. It amounts to an affront the Divine , which is the source of all powers.

Everyone thinks it is his sense organs--eyes, ears that enable him to experience and comprehend the world. How true is this?

In the dream state none of the senses is functioning. And yet, one has the experience of seeing, talking, hearing, walking and doing other actions.

What is the eye that sees in dream?
What is the tongue that talks?
There are three avastha for all of us. Jagratha avastha (waking state of consciousness), Swapna avatha(dream state of consciousness) and Susupna avastha (Deep sleep state of consciousness). The fourth is Turiya state where you transcend all.

In the dream state, the mind does all the functions of the sense organs, which are dormant at that time.

When you feel in a dream, that you are walking through a forest, it is not with legs that you are walking. It is the mind which does the walking. It is the mind that assumes all the people functions of the senses. The entire world is a projection of the mind.

What you see in this world is what you project from your mind.

You have to first prepare your mind.( For learning good things, seeing good things and acting good). The mind should be ready for you to do things of higher nature.

When the mind is properly directed, all the senses will be under control.
When you water roots of a tree, all the branches and leaves will get the benefit."
Be blissful.

HOW TO SUCCEED IN EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE.

Very simple. Follow the following points:

1.) Your willingness to learn is most important.

2.) Follow Standard Operating Procedures. Have faith in what you do.

3.) Work hard and strive your best. Put in your best effort.

4.) Seek help and clarifications when required.

5.) Be sincere in your work and you will get help from somewhere.

I quote an interesting experience my senior colleague from ACTech, Chemical Engineering had, when he started a Nitric Acid plant in the year 1972.

--------------------------------------

It is an interesting debate.

His 2 bits of experience.

Back in1972, I designed and executed a nitric acid and sodium nitrate plant. 20 tpd 53% acid and 8 tpd sodium nitrate plant Hno3 plant fully automatic .Operator at panel board just to watch action as needed.

Only one experienced BSc in nitric acid could be got. I made him my Production Manager. He had no experience with automation.

I recruited raw Diploma holders in Chemical Engineering.

I trained them in manufacturing process basic PID controller theory start-up and shut down procedures.

I taught them safety in handling bulk ammonia and acid. The ammonia stream has 9 auto safety shut downs. Sodium nitrate neutralization with soda continuous evaporator and crystallization. batch centrifuging and continuous drying. I got only one Chemical Engineer for process improvement etc.

The Nitric Acid plant was running smoothly and successfully by me.

The lesson I learnt, to be successful is:

- Willingness to learn.

- Follow SOP.

- Seek help and clarification.

- Work hard.

It just took 3 to 4 weeks. after 3 months no need for detailed supervision.

FINDING THE TRUTH

You go through the cycle of births and deaths until you find the truth by yourself. Contemplate on what is beyond this world. It is difficult to project what is beyond this world. Only a human being can project what is beyond this terrestrial word. There has got to be something beyond this terrestrial world. What or who is responsible for all this?

This is unknown to an average Human being.
You will not be conscious of any object unless there is a consciousness principle which makes you aware of. You should be aware of what you are aware of. Ponder over this point.

He who knows not and knows not that he knows not. He is useless. Leave him.
He who knows not and knows that he knows not. He is Ok, but not wise.
He who knows and knows that he knows. He is wise. Follow him.

You have got to struggle and find out the truth by yourself only. You will be directed to the right path. You will have the inner energy which gives you the ability to follow the path. Then, you will get to know the truth by yourself.

Be blissful.
