Practice the pause

 

When in DOUBT, pause

When ANGRY, pause

When TIRED, pause

When STRESSED, pause and

When you pause, PRAY.

Pray to God to give you the strength to face

all the experiences in your life with an equanimous mind.

Never regret a day in your life

 

Good days give happiness

Bad days give experience

Worst days give lessons and

Best days give memories.

Today is the best day. 

Make use of today and hope for the best.
