According to my learning from Books/Seminars/Conferences/Webinars/Forums and many other resources, I found five steps of Change that takes place in any One’s life as under:-
Inspirational period
- People are charged when they get a new job, fall in love, and get married and many other things happen. You can also call this period as honeymoon period.
Difficulty period
– After you have settled down in your new job, other things like love, marriage etc., follows. After some time you happen to start facing various problems. Some people sustain while some people buckle in very less time.
Discovery period
- Some people who sustain in difficulty period discover that the jobs have lots of opportunities and love is beautiful to be enjoyed. They are also happy as marriage gives them new relatives with whom they interact etc. and many other discoveries.
Experimental period
- People who discover new things in their jobs, love, marriage start doing experiment and take calculated risks to Sustain and get Success in their job, love and their married life.
Consolidation
- Never ending story of Success.
